A School Gift Set
In 2020, BBK was delighted to announce its new Gift in Kind programme which was a roaring success. Small gift tags were created of various items needed in Kenya, such as a pair of school shoes, a warm blanket, or food for a child.
The most popular items were school uniforms and shoes for the poorest of children in Barani village. So, this year we have decided to focus solely on
‘A School Gift Set’ which includes a new school uniforms, socks, shoes and exam fees.
Without a uniform the children cannot attend school and without paying the end of year fee, the children cannot progress to the next school year.
Gifts in Kind are perfect gestures for every occasion, such as birthday gifts, stocking fillers, teacher's gifts, Christmas or a gift for those who do not need ‘things'.

Previous gifts have included:

- A wedding gift was given to a couple in the UK, where money was sent to buy food for poor families in Kenya.
